RED just doesn’t reach the heights you’d expect with such a stellar cast. The screenplay lacks story. These great actors are linked together with large explosions and effects; they don’t get the chance to explore their characters. The premise behind the movie is huge. It’s a shame the movie didn’t play for the fun it could have been.
