How to a make a cheap, DIY LED light panel that looks like a bright daylight window for under $20 USD! I use an old LCD computer monitor to upcycle and reuse the screen to create a super bright flat light panel for almost free. You should never have to pay for a broken computer panel or tv screen and this technique can be done to any sized screen!
