In today’s society, no one wants to be sold to. There’s a big shift in thinking: moving away from looking at people as customers, but rather as an audience. A customer buys your product, a transaction happens, and your relationship is over. An audience is more of a “true fan”. They enroll in your tribe and share the same values. They stay.
